The Eemscentrale in Eemshaven has been in operation since 1977 and is one of the largest gas-fired power plants in Europe. In the 1990s, the plant was expanded with five STEG units, which together account for approximately 10 percent of the installed capacity in the Netherlands. At this prominent coastal location, where Engie generates electricity, SealteQ has been working on major maintenance of the jetty since last year.

The De Veranda multi-storey car park in Rotterdam, situated in Stadionpark and right next to De Kuip, is in need of thorough maintenance. To ensure the car park remains safe and fit for the future, the City of Rotterdam has commissioned a comprehensive refurbishment. Work on this project began on 15 July 2026.

The discharge pipes at Kornwerderzand are an essential part of the drainage system for the IJsselmeer. Without these pipes, the Afsluitdijk would not function. The structure is almost 100 years old and was designed by Ir. Lely, an icon of Dutch hydraulic engineering.

SealteQ is carrying out the preservation and resurfacing of the De Ring Cycle Bridge The De Ring Cycle Bridge is a striking cycle and pedestrian bridge spanning the A7 motorway in Drachten. The bridge forms an important link between the centre of Drachten and the Azeven business park. The design is by the British engineering firm Arup and is known for the striking red circular element in the centre of the bridge, which symbolises a bicycle wheel with spokes. Drachten with a three-layer coating system to protect against corrosion.

SealteQ has installed high-quality Nylo synthetic flooring in the Kroymans showroom on the first floor. The flooring is durable, wear-resistant, and easy to maintain, and perfectly matches the modern and representative look of the showroom.

A football stadium places high demands on safety and appearance. The steps in the North Stand at the Euroborg in Groningen are subject to heavy daily use and must remain safe to walk on in all weather conditions. Commissioned by VasteState, SealteQ has applied an anti-slip finish to approximately 300 steps using the BFS-Triflex system.

Amsterdam Central welcomes around 192,000 passengers every day, and thousands of trains pass through its concourses and platforms daily. The station opened in October 1889, meaning the structure has now been under constant strain for over 135 years. This places high demands on maintenance.

SealteQ recently provided the Boskampsbrug in Havelte with a new, durable wearing course. The work was carried out to make the bridge future-proof and keep it safe for intensive use. This renewal ensures that the bridge deck meets the highest standards in terms of durability, wear resistance and safety, so that road users can continue to count on a reliable and safe passage in the years to come.
