SealteQ West primarily executes projects related to concrete conservation, but you can also contact us for work in other specialisms. This location is particularly strong in complex challenges.

SealteQ West started entirely independently in Pijnacker (2011). Thanks to this location, SealteQ has been physically present in the western part of the country since then. This makes us flexible and easily accessible to customers in that region. In 2021, SealteQ West moved to a new facility in Waddinxveen.

Major leak in Heinenoordtunnel sealed off

Having carried out the necessary concrete repairs and completed the reinforced concrete topping on all floors, the SealteQ project team in Leiden is now installing the cathodic protection system on the selected floor areas.

On behalf of Leiden City Council, SealteQ has been carrying out repair work on the Haarlemmerstraat car park on Middelstegracht since February. The reason for this is that, during maintenance work in mid-2025, the SealteQ team discovered structural defects. The municipality decided to close the car park immediately. Since then, SealteQ has been working closely with the municipality and its consultants to find a structural and sustainable solution.

Damage to the concrete was detected in a parking garage in Hoofddorp. Because this garage is used intensively every day, it was essential to prevent further deterioration of the floor and to ensure the safety of visitors. SealteQ has expertly repaired the damaged areas and provided the floor with a durable new coating, so that the garage is safe and future-proof again.

The specialists at SealteQ West are currently engaged in an extensive renovation project in Alblasserdam. The project focuses on reinforcing and restoring balconies, galleries, and storage corridors of a complex consisting of two high-rise apartment buildings.

Over the past few months, SealteQ West has undertaken the renovation of the parking garage on Trompstraat in The Hague. Commissioned by Haagwonen VvE Beheer, our specialists have played a crucial role in the repair and reinforcement of the concrete structure.

Recently, the specialists from SealteQ West successfully completed a crucial project: sealing a leak in the Heinenoord Tunnel. Located beneath the Oude Maas, this tunnel connects the Hoeksche Waard with the island of IJsselmonde. With the A29 running through it, it serves as an important connecting route.

At the end of August, SealteQ West, commissioned by Hef Wonen, started the structural repair work on the residential block Dordtsestraatweg corner Jan Ligthartstraat in Rotterdam. Meanwhile, the long residential block on Dordtsestraatweg has also been scaffolded for a thorough renovation of the balconies. Both the balconies on the front and rear facades are structurally reinforced and then sustainably finished.

After extensive research and thorough preparation, SealteQ West commenced a complex project in Rotterdam in March of this year, commissioned by HEF Wonen.
