SealteQ Ivacon is located in Amsterdam. The branch primarily serves housing corporations and Owners' Associations, but also the industry and infrastructure sectors.

SealteQ Ivacon has been part of the SealteQ Group since 2013. With the acquisition of Ivacon Engineering B.V., SealteQ has strengthened its position in the Amsterdam region. There are many interesting projects for SealteQ in the Randstad area as well, and it’s beneficial to have a branch nearby.

Realizing that we have a social role to play, we use the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as a capstone for our CSR policy. SDGs are the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals, which aim to create a better world by 2030. Our latest evaluation has shown that three SDGs are relevant to our operations and services.

Large-scale concrete renovation project begins in Amstelveen

Waternet is constructing a new filter plant on the site of an existing hall. This plant will test an environmentally friendly method for purifying drinking water. SealteQ supplied the complete flooring solution for this demanding environment.

The main entrance to the outpatient clinic is a busy area of the hospital. A worn floor is simply not an option there. SealteQ provided a durable solution at Amsterdam UMC, VUmc site.

A housing complex in Rotterdam requires a thorough approach to the galleries. Water damage, worn joints and an outdated walking surface make renovation necessary. SealteQ is responsible for the complete renovation.

In Breukelen, two identical VvE complexes are being addressed by SealteQ to make the balconies future-proof. Through a combination of repair, insulation, and high-quality finishing techniques, not only is the quality of the structures improved, but also the comfort and safety for the residents are enhanced.

In the Brinkmannpassage in Haarlem, the former office and utility spaces are being transformed into approximately 100 apartments. To install cables and pipes, openings had to be made in the concrete floors, which involved cutting through part of the reinforcement. To restore the structural strength, SealteQ applied carbon fiber reinforcement.

The specialists at SealteQ are currently engaged in an extensive renovation project at the De Componist residential care center in Utrecht. This project plays a crucial role in ensuring the structural safety and sustainability of the complex.

SealteQ Ivacon has commenced various works on an apartment complex in Amstelveen. The project includes concrete repairs on 170 elements, including ceilings, consoles, upstands, and edge thicknesses.

In the municipality of Den Helder, the specialists from SealteQ Ivacon (Amsterdam) have applied a new, durable wearing course to two bridge decks. This was commissioned by construction company Klein Wieringen. In the past, we have previously repaired bridges and applied new wearing courses in the same municipality.
