On Tuesday, December 2, State Secretary Mona Keijzer of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy in The Hague launched 47 projects for lifelong development. SealteQ receives this subsidy as support to recruit, train, and connect technical colleagues to our company using innovative means.

Contemporary onboarding in the concrete sector: at SealteQ, it’s ‘All in the game’. Finding and retaining good employees is a significant challenge in the concrete sector. SME company SealteQ uses gamification to present itself to new employees in a contemporary manner. New to SealteQ? It is filled with practical examples and useful tips derived from the experiences of MKB!dee participants. Entrepreneurs with a sound plan for the training, retraining, and development of employees can approach MKBidee. MKBidee provides financial support for entrepreneurs who have a good idea but lack the time and resources to implement it. It is organized annually by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy.
