SealteQ, founded in June 1973 as a sole proprietorship by former Philips employee Frans Nooren, began as a small handyman business. Fifty years later, his former company has grown into a specialized firm with over 250 employees and 7 locations in the Netherlands. This remarkable development was celebrated on October 14, 2023, during the grand SealteQ anniversary party.

Looking back at the anniversary celebration
On Saturday, October 14, 2023, we celebrated 50 years of SealteQ together, and what a wonderful party it was! It was fantastic to celebrate this significant milestone together. There were food trucks with delicious food and great music. During the official part, a film was shown about 50 years of SealteQ. Then, Martin van der Leest, Robert Lunenborg, and Frans Nooren (the founder of the company) were interviewed. Mayor Klaas Sloots also spoke kind words about SealteQ. For visitors who wanted to give a gift, we asked for a donation to Stichting Rikki Kanaalstreek. A wonderful amount of €16,999 was raised for this foundation. After Robert and Martin were surprised with several gifts from all SealteQ colleagues, the party really kicked off.

Thursday, June 1, was a special day for SealteQ. It was exactly 50 years ago that Frans Nooren founded his company in Stadskanaal. What began as an impregnation company has grown over the past 50 years into what is today the SealteQ Group.
What does SealteQ do?
SealteQ extends the lifespan of concrete and steel structures. We protect and make these structures more sustainable to preserve them for the future. SealteQ aims to provide high-quality and innovative solutions for challenges in the technical maintenance market: infrastructure, energy, industry, civil engineering, residential and non-residential construction.
Beautiful projects
Over 250 specialists work daily from 7 locations across the country on very diverse projects.
