The Power of SealteQ

We are the ideal partner for our clients for several reasons. We are creative in our solutions, communicate effectively with the right people, honor our agreements, and deliver high-quality work. Whether it concerns concrete, steel, masonry, or asphalt; our approach is multidisciplinary. Clients are increasingly opting to contract a single party for the realization of a project, known as integrated contracting. SealteQ not only creates the design but also executes the work itself. In some cases, the scope of work also includes the realization of multi-year maintenance for the completed project after its delivery. “Design & build”, “design & construct”, “turnkey”, and “maintenance” are just a few of the terms frequently used in this context, which are covered by “integrated contract forms (UAVGC).”

Decisive, Flexible, and Reliable

Planning is crucial within this market segment. Penalty clauses are also a factor. This means not only honoring agreements but also maintaining a flexible approach to prevent emergencies. As our client, you can expect this from us. And we aim to maintain that reputation. Are you therefore looking for a reliable, proactive partner? Then we would be pleased to collaborate with you to successfully complete projects.

Injection Tests for a Leak-Free Aqueduct in Friesland

Together with Rijkswaterstaat, we are working on a solution for the leaking aqueduct near Akkrum. Four holes in the water-retaining foil of the Leppa aqueduct's trough structure cause approximately 3,300 litres of groundwater to leak daily into the submerged section. Two of these holes are located up to 10 metres below ground level. As this depth is difficult to access, special test setups and targeted injections are being used to investigate how the aqueduct can be made fully watertight and safe again.

Repair groundwater leakage road surface Vlaketunnel (A58)

At the end of June, it was discovered that groundwater was seeping up through the road surface of the Vlaketunnel (A58). This leakage in the road surface caused puddles to form on the asphalt, resulting in splashing water and creating a hazardous and unsafe situation for traffic. Therefore, a swift and professional solution was necessary.

Successful Sealing of Expansion Joint in Aqueduct N302 Harderwijk

On Saturday, May 17, 2025, SealteQ's specialists carried out specialized sealing work on the aqueduct in the N302 near Harderwijk, commissioned by Heijmans and the province of Gelderland. During these operations, a water-bearing expansion joint was successfully injected, resolving a leak of approximately 3.6 m³ of water per hour.

Leaks in Boxemtunnel (N331) Zwolle successfully repaired

Leaks were detected in the expansion joint of the open section of the Boxemtunnel aqueduct on the N331. At low temperatures, freezing caused a risk of slipping for road users, which is why it was important to stop the leaks.

Conservation of duckweed gates and sluice gates Afsluitdijk

The specialists from the blasting cabin in Bergum, commissioned by Solidd Steel Structures, have provided the conservation of weed racks and sluice gates for the Afsluitdijk. SealteQ is proud to contribute to the impressive and large-scale project at the Afsluitdijk.

Renovation Central Station Amsterdam

The specialists from SealteQ are currently involved in the renovation of the IJ viaduct at Amsterdam Central Station, a crucial infrastructure hub used daily by thousands of travelers. The IJ viaduct is the old steel structure beneath the tracks and platforms on the IJ side of the station.

Major leak in Heinenoordtunnel sealed off

Recently, the specialists from SealteQ West successfully completed a crucial project: sealing a leak in the Heinenoord Tunnel. Located beneath the Oude Maas, this tunnel connects the Hoeksche Waard with the island of IJsselmonde. With the A29 running through it, it serves as an important connecting route.
