Parking garages

Over the past few months, SealteQ West has undertaken the renovation of the parking garage on Trompstraat in The Hague. Commissioned by Haagwonen VvE Beheer, our specialists have played a crucial role in the repair and reinforcement of the concrete structure.

In the recent period, we have been working on three parking garages on Fregelaan in Amsterdam. We have resolved water leakages, performed concrete repairs, and provided the ramps with a new wear layer. First, we addressed the leaks caused by the overhead roof gardens and walkways. We did this by incorporating all connections and details with a waterproof membrane. This involved the connection between the roof garden and the upstand, the joints of the coping stones, and the joints of the walkways and stairs.

In the center of The Hague, SealteQ Ivacon is renovating an underground parking garage for Shell, commissioned by their property manager Sodexo. It's a logistical challenge in the busy center of a major city. We gladly take on this challenge in a safe manner. SealteQ and Shell find common ground in their attention to safety and its importance.

SealteQ Noord is renovating the Irenegarage in Enschede. This is the fourth parking garage we have worked on for the municipality of Enschede. We previously renovated the H.J. van Heek, Stationsplein, and Brouwerij garages for this client. The parking garage is being upgraded. We are using our experience, resources, and proven techniques for this. In the garage, we are renovating the concrete and applying new markings.

SealteQ is carrying out a concrete renovation in the De Brouwerij parking garage in Enschede, commissioned by the municipality of Enschede. The work involves renovating and coating the floors of 10 parking levels, including the top deck, covering a total area of about 8000 m2. The entrance and exit ramps between the parking decks will also be provided with a protective coating during the renovation. Parking garage De Brouwerij has a parking capacity of 300 spaces.

SealteQ Noord has been commissioned by the Municipality of Emmen to renovate the floors of the existing parking garage and provide them with a new coating layer. Additionally, they have been contracted by AKOR Bouw bv to apply a similar coating system to the floor adjacent to the existing -1 floor.

Commissioned by Waternet, SealteQ West blasted the driveways of the floors of the parking garage at Waternet's headquarters and provided new walkways including markings. The blasting and coating work was carried out in the evenings after office hours.

SealteQ has applied a new coating system in the North & South Parking Garage of the UMCG in Groningen. The UMCG owns 2 underground parking garages with a capacity of approximately 2,500 cars.
