Major Maintenance on Balconies in Breukelen

In Breukelen, two identical VvE complexes are being addressed by SealteQ to make the balconies future-proof. Through a combination of repair, insulation, and high-quality finishing techniques, not only is the quality of the structures improved, but also the comfort and safety for the residents are enhanced.

Large-scale concrete renovation project begins in Amstelveen

SealteQ Ivacon has commenced various works on an apartment complex in Amstelveen. The project includes concrete repairs on 170 elements, including ceilings, consoles, upstands, and edge thicknesses.

Structural repair work in Rotterdam

At the end of August, SealteQ West, commissioned by Hef Wonen, started the structural repair work on the residential block Dordtsestraatweg corner Jan Ligthartstraat in Rotterdam. Meanwhile, the long residential block on Dordtsestraatweg has also been scaffolded for a thorough renovation of the balconies. Both the balconies on the front and rear facades are structurally reinforced and then sustainably finished.

Galleries in Beverwijk reinforced with carbon reinforcement

We regularly see news reports about falling balconies or galleries breaking off from apartment buildings. The problem occurs all over the Netherlands. Anyone who searches via Google for falling balconies will see examples from Brabant to Friesland. To prevent breaking parts, we often structurally reinforce the concrete construction with carbon reinforcement during renovation. SealteQ is one of the small group of experts in the Netherlands in this application. For example, our specialists from SealteQ Ivacon reinforced the galleries of an apartment in Beverwijk, above the Plantage shopping center.

Maintenance work completed on balconies at De Zetter residential care complex in Rotterdam

SealteQ recently carried out concrete renovations at the De Zetter residential care complex on Tattistraat in Rotterdam. The cleaning balconies on both the front and rear sides of the six-story residential care complex have been renovated. SealteQ Ivacon performed the work on behalf of Trendzet Bouw B.V. Residents can now safely enjoy their balconies again.

Major maintenance at Erasmus Square complex nears completion

A project for which SealteQ West started conducting inspections, research, and engineering as early as 2017 is nearing completion in the autumn of 2020. In good harmony with Weijman Vastgoedonderhoud, hard work has been done to make the complex sustainable and future-proof for the client Haag Wonen.

VvE building W. Boothlaan in Amstelveen repaired

Last year, SealteQ performed life-extending maintenance on the VvE building on William Boothlaan in Amstelveen. The life-extending work involved repairing concrete damage to roof edges, consoles, ceilings and edge thickenings, replacing the wear layers on the gallery floors, and removing asbestos-containing joints. This extensive project involved numerous repairs and maintenance tasks carried out by our specialists.

Reinforcement work on balconies Staedion

In the past period, SealteQ has structurally reinforced a number of balconies at two complexes owned by the Staedion housing association in The Hague. After the balconies were structurally reinforced, a new coating system was applied to the balconies. This coating system, in turn, provides both a decorative effect and protection for these balconies.
