STADSKANAAL – We are proud to announce that SealteQ SLS has signed a contract with Spetec from Belgium: a leading name with more than 40 years of expertise in chemical injection technology.
With the conclusion of the contract, SealteQ SLS has become the exclusive distributor of SPETEC®-GEOTECH resin and expansion resin products for applications such as lifting concrete floors, stabilising foundations and reinforcing subsoils.
As part of Resiplast, Spetec has developed an impressive range, including the renowned SPETEC® products, which have proven themselves in a wide range of architectural applications. From leak sealing to soil stabilisation, their products are an essential part of sustainable solutions for underground structures.
It is estimated that as many as half a million homes in the Netherlands are facing foundation problems, or are at risk of developing them, according to the Knowledge Centre for Foundation Problems (KCAF). These alarming statistics highlight the urgent need for effective solutions, especially given the increasing impact of climate effects that have not yet been fully included in these calculations.
SealteQ SLS has established itself as a leading player in the field of foundation repair. Together with Spetec’s R&D team, we are working to develop project-specific resins. By joining forces with Spetec, we can offer our customers an even wider range of high-quality solutions. This is crucial given the scale of the challenges we face.
With the conclusion of the contract, we are determined to continue our mission: to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions that not only strengthen the built environment, but also contribute to a safer and more resilient future.
