Expansion of branches and management team
The SealteQ Group with its specialist operating companies has stood for measurable quality in concrete maintenance, steel conservation and road construction related work in the Netherlands for more than 40 years. We are happy to tell you about the expansion of our locations and management team! In addition to the long-established branches in Stadskanaal and Heerenveen, the branches in Amsterdam and Pijnacker were officially joined by Ivacon on January 1, 2014.
Due to a certain growth in sales and an expansion of the geographical reach of the branches, a number of locations have outgrown their proverbial size. The Frans Nooren West BV branch in Pijnacker already moved in March 2014. The new and much more spacious location is at Katwijkerlaan 113 in Pijnacker. With effect from September 1, Ivacon moved into the expanded Frans Nooren branch at Tijnmuiden 30-32 at Westpoort Sloterdijk Industrial Estate in Amsterdam.

Both branches are closing ranks in the western part of the Netherlands, which is in line with the strategy. The Sealteq Group’s reputation as an organization of integrity and soundness must become as big in the West as the now established name the company has in the rest of the Netherlands. With the operating companies Frans Nooren, Ivacon, Multipaint and Roadteq, the Sealteq Group operates in the field of all-round and result-oriented maintenance in residential construction, civil engineering, infrastructure objects and industrial installations. Putting knowledge and skills at the service of clients throughout the country. This is the advantage of the good national spread of all branches and the expansion of knowledge and skills.

Executive team expansion
To properly manage the new branches, the SealteQ Group has recently strengthened the management team with two experienced board members; Chris Uittenbogaard in Pijnacker and Rob Braaksma in Amsterdam.
Chris Uittenbogaard
As of July 1, Chris Uittenbogaard has been appointed by the SealteQ Group as director of the Frans Nooren West branch in Pijnacker. Chris boasts a very broad experience in maintenance and renovation of real estate and civil and industrial objects. After starting out as a structural engineer, Chris has focused entirely on maintenance and renovation since 1982, specializing in high-quality concrete maintenance. After working for six years at Batec Betonrenovatie, Chris has been technical director and managing director at Hemubo Betontechniek for the last sixteen years.
Chris has contributed to several publications in the field of concrete and facade maintenance and industry training in recent years. He is also a member of the Joint Board of Experts on Concrete Repair and a board member of the Association of Certified Concrete Repair Companies (VBR). With the arrival of Chris, the SealteQ Group is assured of an experienced and ambitious board member, who will be decisive for the future of the activities in the Western Netherlands.
Rob Braaksma
The move of Ivacon from Lijnden to Amsterdam marks the physical integration of Ivacon into the SealteQ Group. Indeed, Ivacon and Frans Nooren will be located at the same address as of September 1. Director of Ivacon Rob Braaksma will be responsible for the entire branch from then on. Rob Braaksma has worked for Ivacon since 1986 and in the past worked in Saudi Arabia via the dredging industry. He eventually came into contact with underwater concrete repairs through work at the Oosterschelde storm surge barrier. Finally, before joining Ivacon, he worked as a foreman at Vermeer Grond & Wegen. When asked which projects he found special during his years of service at Ivacon, numerous examples come to mind. These range from NS railroad viaducts to work for VVEs.
In particular, those examples have to do with the complex problems that arose in the structural and environmental fields. The challenge was often in the special techniques or measures that had to be applied.
Rob Braaksma is a director who will always have and maintain a strong connection to the practice. He delivers high quality work! By expanding and strengthening the branches in Amsterdam and Pijnacker, the Sealteq Group can look to the future with confidence and serve our extensive clientele even better.
