Standing on the A28 in front of the traffic lights at Julianaplein in Groningen, you have a full view of Pandgarant’s Juliana Flat.
The apartment is being renovated on behalf of the Owner’s Association and the work involves removing old coating layers on the gallery floors, baseboards and upstands and applying a 3-layer coating system, including the stairwell.
The expansion joints will also be replaced and the gallery railings and sheeting cleaned on both sides.
A substantial job that will take a total of about 8 weeks.
Unique is the facade advertising that the Marketing Department has been busy working on. The new design provides for a prominent role for our umbrella organization with yet a clearly recognizable Frans Nooren BV presence.
This design is a model for future advertising where we will always promote the SealteQ Group and, depending on the activities, clearly indicate which part of the group performs the work there.
As clearly visible and recognizable as at the Juliana Flat we want to be in the future. The number of reactions is incredible. We get them from everywhere.
Incidentally, a compliment came in from Jos Drent of PandGarant in Groningen regarding the order and tidiness on the construction site.
And that is good, because it is important that the quality of the SealteQ Group and Frans Nooren is VISIBLE.
