Our primary focus is on extending the lifespan (provided that this consideration yields the most cost-effective total cost of ownership in the long term), as we aim to contribute to the transition towards sustainable reuse or extended exploitation of existing structures and real estate assets. This significantly reduces the need for new, costly raw materials and demonstrably contributes to a decrease in CO2 emissions. We are aware that we operate in sectors that have an impact on the environment and will do everything in our power to minimize our footprint.
