The requirements for industrial floor finishes can vary:
SealteQ has the expertise to apply protective and/or decorative coatings to new and existing commercial floors in accordance with specific requirements. The range of possibilities and systems is extensive.
We work with all reputable suppliers. Our personnel regularly receive additional training in proper application techniques and new developments. This enables us to always provide customized advice and guarantee our quality.
In 2000, regulations regarding liquid-tight floors and facilities were tightened. Facilities for motor vehicles, storage and transport companies, (auto) spray painting businesses, printing companies, and gas stations, for example, previously needed to have a PBV declaration.
On October 1, 2008, the mandatory ‘PBV declaration’ for liquid-tight floors was discontinued. At the request of the business community, the Ministry of Housing, Spatial Planning and the Environment (VROM) decided that the inspection report itself would suffice to determine if a floor is liquid-tight.
SealteQ is closely involved in this development. We are the partner for designing and implementing liquid-tight chemical containment basins, concrete hardening, certified installation of modular paving, and on-site cast concrete hardening constructions and concrete repairs. Moreover, our experience with synthetic floor applications is also valuable in this field.
SealteQ’s specialists analyze the requirements, assess the substrate, and offer you the best options and possibilities for high-quality (liquid-tight) floor finishing. When you need liquid-tight floors for your business, SealteQ is your ideal partner! You can find excellent examples of our work in our projects section.
