There are an estimated 150,000 steel-founded homes in the Netherlands where subsidence problems are present and thus foundation repair is anticipated. The foundation of these types of houses can be stabilized with injection techniques and, if possible, lifted. In addition to homes with subsidence problems, there are also subsidence in infrastructure, industry and subsidence due to earthquakes and/or groundwater fluctuations.
SealteQ is keen to respond to this demand and to this end is expanding its services and products with a range of new injection products, for the Dutch and German markets. This will mean that in addition to repairing the damage caused by subsidence, SealteQ may also offer structural lifting and stabilization of soil packages as one package.

Libouwko has been asked to prepare a business plan based on which SealteQ can decide whether to invest in a new service in the field of injection products aimed at stabilizing soil packages and lifting floors and foundations and/or subsidence.
Based on the positive outcome of the business plan, SealteQ chose to conduct a test. SealteQ realized a successful elevator of 17 cm from a concrete floor.
