When a company has been in existence for almost fifty years, it sometimes happens that a colleague gets to call himself a jubilarian. Such was the case last year. SealteQ Group celebrated no less than three anniversaries in 2021. Sebastiaan Cramer Bornemann (SealteQ Ivacon), Olaf Zemel (SealteQ Noord) and Patrick van der Veen (SealteQ Noord) all celebrated 12.5 years of service. Congratulations! Time to put the three gentlemen in the limelight digitally as well. We asked them about their work at SealteQ.
Anniversaries in 2021: Sebastian, Olaf and Patrick
Sebastiaan is a foreman and has been employed at SealteQ Ivacon since June 29, 2009. ,,I like doing everything because I have a lot of variety in my work at SealteQ. I wouldn’t know where else to go. My colleagues and work are just great. Before this I was in window cleaning. That’s really something completely different.”
Olaf is a sprayer and has been employed by SealteQ Noord, then MultiPaint, since May 06, 2009. ,,I started in the spray booth in Bergum. Then I spent some time in the Eemshaven for a large SealteQ project. Via the blast cabinet in Schoonebeek I am now back where I started at SealteQ: in Bergum. The bicycle bridge in Muiden has remained in my memory the most in all those years, because that was my first project. I still like the work at SealteQ.”
Patrick is also a foreman and has been employed at SealteQ North since October 03, 2008. ,,Working at SealteQ is varied and I like that. Every day is different. The most special project I worked on in recent years was the jetty on Bonaire. You don’t experience a project like that every day. I was there for three months, uninterrupted. Everything about that project was special.”
We are of course incredibly proud that we were able to celebrate those long tenures of our subject specialists last year. And of course we look forward to anniversaries in the future. It also suits our company. We prefer long-term relationships, with our specialists, clients and partners.
