In two years, all 50 steel sluice gates and 12 steel sluice gates (about 50 tons/piece) were integrally replaced with a high-tech coating system. The elements were built in the 1930s/ 19th century. In the shop, the components were completely stripped of the old coating layer and reconditioned.
