On Tuesday, December 2, State Secretary Mona Keijzer of the
Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate
in The Hague gave the starting shot for 47 projects for lifelong development. SealteQ receives this grant as support to recruit, train and connect technical colleagues to our company using innovative means.
The !dee
Due to the tight labor market, SealteQ has great difficulty in finding sufficiently qualified technical staff. In this project, we will work on the development of an online social tool and E-recruitment. Using a selection game, we will investigate the capabilities of potential employees and translate them into a personal development plan focusing on development opportunities. With the use of gaming and gamification, we aim to increase motivation for learning and turn previous negative learning experiences with education into positive learning experiences. This way of training ensures that employees are deployable in the workplace sooner because training is task-oriented.

is a government subsidy scheme that challenges entrepreneurs to come up with smart solutions to the shortage of personnel. Part of the major Lifelong Development (LLO) program of the ministries of OCW, SZW and EZK. MKB!dee is intended to stimulate entrepreneurs to devise working solutions to the obstacles and problems they themselves encounter in practice.
