SealteQ SLS injects sea dike Farmsum

The riprap of that dike has become suspended due to the settling of the subsoil and the hollow spaces that have arisen in the dike as a result. We were asked to solve this problem.

We did this by refilling the hollow spaces in the dike. From a sustainability and environmentally conscious perspective, we chose to do this with a natural clay product that is similar to the building material of the sea dike. This product was prepared with a number of specific adjustments and then injected into the dike and under the riprap under low pressure and in a controlled manner.
