SealteQ Heerenveen has recently successfully completed an important renovation project commissioned by the municipality of De Fryske Marren. The project involved the swimming pool at the De Hege Gerzen recreation area in Oudemirdum, where the coating was coming loose in various places and showing signs of wear. The top edge of the pool coping had also largely come loose.

Our specialists were engaged to repair this damage and restore the swimming pool to optimal condition. We not only repaired the pool’s perimeter edge but also applied a new protective pool coating, including an anti-slip finish on the sloped section.
Thanks to our expertise and innovative methods, we carefully removed and repaired the loose sections using high-quality materials. We then sanded the entire pool surface and made it dust-free before applying the new coating layers. This coating provides a durable and protective finish, ensuring the swimming pool will last for years to come.
