It took a while, but we've now been experiencing summer temperatures for several weeks. Perfect weather for swimming. Thanks to the specialists at SealteQ Heerenveen, swimming is once again possible this summer at Zwembad Hoogkerk.
New pool coating for Swimming Pool Hoogkerk
Hoogkerk Swimming Pool features a competition pool (25 x 15 meters), a recreational pool (20 x 15 meters), and a paddling pool for the youngest visitors. The coating of the competition pool was peeling in several places and showed signs of wear. Our task was to apply a new protective coating, including the necessary markings. We also finished the edging of the shallow section with an anti-slip finish.
We began by cleaning the swimming pool using high-pressure water. Afterwards, we pre-treated the entire pool by sanding it. Repairs were then carried out in various places. We subsequently applied a 2-component swimming pool coating to the floor, walls, and surrounding edge. Finally, the anti-slip finish and markings were applied with a topcoat.
