Laying a Ucrete floor in Hengelo
The specialists from SealteQ Noord have recently been working in the DA area of the location in Hengelo. In that area, they have installed a new Ucrete floor. A Ucrete floor is a strong, wear-resistant floor that can withstand heavy impact, aggressive chemicals, and extreme heat.
First, we carried out repair work on the existing concrete floor. We blasted the floor and diamond ground the upstands. The damaged parts were removed, after which everything was cleaned and made dust-free. Where necessary, we repaired the concrete. Then we installed and grouted new stainless steel gutters. Next, a primer layer was applied to the floor. Then a body coat was applied (including anti-slip) to finally finish with a topcoat.
