Lensen Schilder en Glasservice joins SealteQ Property Maintenance

Stadskanaal, the Netherlands – Lensen Schilder en Glasservice is to become part of SealteQ Vastgoedonderhoud. The company will thereby strengthen the Property Maintenance division of the SealteQ Group.

Lensen Schilder en Glasservice is based in Meppel and has been operating for over 30 years, specialising in interior and exterior painting, structural painting, glazing, wood rot repair and wall finishing in the northern and central Netherlands.

Henk Benjamins, Egbert Kolk and Paul Snijder of Lensen Schilder en Glasservice: “Now that the three of us on the management team are turning 60 this year, we feel this is a logical time to consider the future of our company. Our staff were at the heart of this decision; they must feel at home here. We have deliberately chosen SealteQ, as it is a good fit for our staff and our way of working. For staff and customers, day-to-day operations will continue as usual, just as everyone is accustomed to. At the same time, joining SealteQ provides us with support in various areas. Lensen Schilder en Glasservice will continue to exist as a trusted name.”

Joost Coolegem, divisional director of SealteQ Property Maintenance: “With this move, we are adding a professional and reliable partner to our division. Over more than 30 years, the company has built up a strong position in the northern and central Netherlands. That expertise and commitment, combined with the strength of the SealteQ Group, will enable us to serve customers in the region even better.”

Within the Property Maintenance division, Zandstra Totaalonderhoud, Cor Buist, Mulder Schilders and Schilderwerken de Kruyf are already part of the group. The addition of Lensen further strengthens this division with proven expertise in the region.

Martin van der Leest, CEO of SealteQ: “SealteQ Property Maintenance is growing, and Lensen is a valuable addition to the business. Thanks to our integrated approach, clients can count on a comprehensive range of services covering maintenance, renovation and sustainability improvements, whilst ensuring that each branch retains its autonomy.”

For customers and staff, little will change in day-to-day operations. The current directors will remain actively involved within the group and will continue to play an important role in the organisation’s future development.

Through this partnership, both parties are taking an important step towards a shared future centred on quality, innovation and sustainable growth.
