To inspire SMEs to start working with innovative solutions for the development of their employees, the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate recently published a book: Good Idea. It is full of practical examples and useful tips from the experiences of participants in MKB!dee. And one of those practical examples is the project with which SealteQ participated: All in the Game.

We are honored that the ministry and the then State Secretary Mona Keijzer selected us for this book. In the book, our Director of Operations Gerthé Klaassens not only talks about how we onboard new colleagues in a playful manner, but also includes a handy step-by-step plan to get started yourself.

In 2019, SealteQ won MKB!dee with the idea
All in the Game
. This grant provides entrepreneurs with the opportunity to experiment with how small and medium-sized enterprises can enhance the knowledge and skills of their staff.
