In the Netherlands, farms, homes and churches were the first to be completely wrapped in the plastic film by Frans Nooren B.V. Blue acid gas was then introduced for several days so that all pests could be eliminated. This approach to “wrapping” was entirely new. Thousands of properties have been treated in this way.
