Bovitec

With over 50 years of experience, Bovitec provides customized solutions for industrial floors and floor coatings, wear-resistant, anti-slip and waterproof coatings, concrete renovation and injection techniques, sealant work, and moisture protection.

Waprof

For 40 years, Waprof has specialized in concrete repair and moisture control, with expertise in concrete repair and injection techniques, moisture control and basement waterproofing, renovation of swimming pools and parking garages, shotcrete, and liquid-tight facilities.

Through this acquisition, we strengthen our expertise and offer a complete solution for concrete maintenance, floor coatings, and moisture protection throughout the Southern Netherlands.

9000 m² cast floor laid for HANOS Maastricht

Swimming pool and garden walls Thermae 2000 future-proof again

SealteQ South has performed a large-scale concrete renovation at the historic Coking Plant on the Cabergerweg in Maastricht. The 1912 building is one of the oldest industrial national heritage sites in the Netherlands and was originally part of the municipal gasworks, designed by architect Jan Gerko Wiebenga.

The specialists from SealteQ South have worked on the floor finishing of the newest HANOS branch in Maastricht. Commissioned by HANOS, no less than 9,000 m² of Arturo EP2500 poured flooring was applied. This durable and low-maintenance floor contributes to a safe and functional working environment in the ultra-modern wholesale store, which covers a total area of nearly 40,000 m².

At SealteQ Zuid, we are proud of our long-term partnership with Thermae 2000, the wellness resort at the top of the Cauberg in Valkenburg. Ever since the construction, now over 35 years ago, we have been responsible for applying and maintaining the pool coatings.
