When North and South come together, something beautiful emerges. MCB Conserveringen had been looking for expansion for some time. The SealteQ Group was seeking a collaboration that would provide more coverage across the country. A successful joint project ultimately led to a great partnership between both companies, as the collaboration between MCB Conserveringen B.V. and the SealteQ Group has been a reality since 2015.

MCB Conserveringen originated from Moors Constructie en Machinebouw in Bergharen: a manufacturer and supplier of high-quality steel structures and machinery since 1945. Over time, the surface treatment of steel, cast iron, stainless steel, and hot-dip galvanized materials developed into a distinct specialization. To further expand and deepen this specialization, in 1996 the decision was made to establish this business unit as an independent company: Moors Conserveringen Bergharen B.V., or MCB Conserveringen B.V.

We are experts in a wide range of surface treatment techniques, both in our factory and on-site. Our coatings provide optimal protection for your steel structures, pipes, machinery, containers, silos, fencing, and more. We serve diverse clients, both nationally and internationally. Every customer can rely on the expertise and commitment of our specialists. The strong focus on quality and our continuous investments in employees and production techniques are key pillars in our business philosophy. Quality is the key word in our production. Our production process is fully documented in our quality manual from A to Z.

Environmental Requirements

Clients are assured that their assignments are executed according to the guidelines and requirements of NEN-ISO 9001-2015. For us, attention to environmentally conscious work is inextricably linked with our focus on quality. Buildings, equipment, and processing resources comply with strict environmental requirements. The application of High Solids, High Builds, or water-based coatings, for example, ensures a finish that is both environmentally friendly and offers excellent corrosion resistance.

Realizing that we have a social role to play, we use the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as a capstone for our CSR policy. SDGs are the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals, which aim to create a better world by 2030. Our latest evaluation has shown that three SDGs are relevant to our operations and services.

Maintenance of parking garage P + R Kralingse Zoom

On behalf of Arendsen Steel from Ulft, the specialists of SealteQ MCB are busy with the preservation of a large steel structure with approximately 5000m2 of material surface.

SealteQ operates two blasting and spraying cabins in the Netherlands. One in Bergum and one in Bergharen. In these cabins, we perform the most extensive and complex preservation work in-house.

Our branches SealteQ West and SealteQ MCB have joined forces in executing a major project in Rotterdam. Together they are working on the maintenance of the P+R Kralingse Zoom parking garage. This is a large parking garage with 1,700 parking spaces, distributed across 6 floors.
