Project manager SealteQ West

The Position

As a project manager, you are a crucial link in our projects related to concrete repair and protection. You work closely with the business office, quality coordinator, and project staff. The projects vary in size and complexity, from residential complexes and parking garages to heavy industry and road and waterway structures. You ensure that everything runs smoothly and that the projects comply with SealteQ’s quality, safety, and environmental regulations.

Your main responsibilities are:

• • Leading project teams and ensuring the successful execution of projects;
  • Monitoring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards;
  • Actively contributing to the expansion of the client portfolio;
  • Networking and building relationships within the various markets of concrete repair and protection;
  • Sharing expertise and encouraging engagement within the team;
  • Contributing to the further professionalization and growth of the branch.

You report directly to the director and have ample opportunity to contribute to the future of SealteQ.

What Do You Bring?

You are strong organizationally, stress-resistant, and solution-oriented. Additionally, you possess excellent communication skills and are a team player who likes to take the initiative.

Furthermore, you possess:

• • Higher professional education (HBO) level of work and thinking, preferably in construction or civil engineering;
  • At least 3 years of work experience in a similar position;
  • Strong in process-oriented work with good technical insight;
  • Flexible and commercial attitude, with an eye for detail and customer needs.
