Cooperating foreman concrete renovation

The Position

As a working foreman, you are responsible for independently performing all tasks related to concrete repairs. Since projects range from residential complexes and parking garages to heavy industry and civil engineering structures, each day is different. The projects vary from short-term to extensive. Additionally, you provide daily leadership to your team, serve as the point of contact for clients on-site, and are responsible for proper progress and execution of work activities and administrative organization of projects. As a working foreman at SealteQ, you are an indispensable asset to our organization. You are also SealteQ’s representative when working on location.

What Do You Bring?

You have leadership experience and can motivate and guide your colleagues in daily operations. You are honest, flexible, and eager to contribute to achieving the best possible results. Furthermore:

• • You have relevant work experience as a concrete repair specialist;
  • You have a (technical) MBO diploma, preferably as an all-round concrete repair specialist level 3;
  • You hold a valid VCA-Basic certificate, or are willing to obtain one (at our expense!);
  • You are available 40 hours per week;
  • A persistent individual without a 9-to-5 mentality;
  • You possess a Driver’s License B(E) and/or C (E).
