Concrete Repair Specialist Vacancy
The Position
As a concrete repair specialist at SealteQ, you will work on restoring and protecting various concrete structures, such as civil engineering works, residential complexes, parking garages, and industrial facilities. If you already have experience as a concrete repair specialist, you will independently perform various repair activities. If you start as an assistant, you will support experienced colleagues and learn step-by-step the techniques required to become a skilled concrete repair specialist.
Depending on your experience, your tasks may include:

- Repairing concrete with cement- and/or synthetic resin-bound mortars;
- Applying protective layers such as coatings and sealant joints;
- Injecting cracks to prevent further damage;
- Preparing surfaces and installing chemical anchors;
- Constructing formwork for repairs;
- Maintaining and operating machinery and tools;
- Assisting with various concrete repair activities and preparing materials;
- Supporting the application of protective layers and quality control.
You will work closely with the site manager or foreman and can complete tasks on-site both independently and as part of a team.
What Do You Bring?
You are a strong communicator, flexible, and sociable. Whether you already have experience as a concrete repair specialist or wish to learn the trade, we are looking for motivated individuals who work accurately and enjoy hands-on tasks.
Furthermore, you possess:

- A valid VCA-Basis certificate or the willingness to obtain one;
- Full-time availability (40 hours per week);
- A tenacious mindset and a flexible attitude (not a 9-to-5 mentality);
- Driving license B(E) and/or C(E) is an advantage;
- Interest in construction and concrete repair (experience is a plus).
