The Position

As a Cost Estimator, you are indispensable in the preparation of our projects. You ensure that everything is accurate, from cost calculations to material estimates, so that we can efficiently and precisely budget and execute projects. You work closely with our work preparers and project managers, and contribute ideas for smart solutions for our clients.

Your responsibilities include:

• • Setting up and developing clear and reliable calculations;
  • Preparing and evaluating quotations for content and feasibility;
  • Calculating quantities and material costs based on construction drawings;
  • Assessing incoming requests for content and applicability;
  • Monitoring current cost prices and applying and complying with quality, safety, and environmental regulations.

Who are You?

You are precise, analytical, and have an eye for detail. You think ahead, remain calm under pressure, and can easily switch between details and the bigger picture.

Furthermore, we require:

• • At least a completed MBO level 4 education;
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar position;
  • Affinity with the construction or civil engineering sector;
  • You communicate clearly and enjoy working with colleagues.
  • Experience with the calculation program IBIS Calculeren voor de Bouw is a plus.
