Why choose a cast floor?

A cast floor is more than just a floor: it is a combination of style, comfort and practical ease of use. Sleek, seamless and completely tailored to your wishes, a cast floor offers advantages that traditional floors often do not have:

  • Seamless and hygienic: no joints or seams where dirt can accumulate

  • Strong and wear-resistant: suitable for intensive use in homes and commercial premises

  • Comfortable and warm: slightly elastic material and excellent for use with underfloor heating

  • Easy to maintain: vacuuming, sweeping or mopping is sufficient

  • Versatile application: from living rooms and kitchens to offices, showrooms and bathrooms

  • Colours and design freedom: single colour or personalised colour mix for a unique floor

What colours and designs are possible with a cast floor?

A cast floor can be fully tailored to your interior. Choose a single colour for a bold statement, or a colour mix combining multiple shades to create the perfect colour. From light grey and soft sand tones to deep anthracite and warm taupe: every floor is unique and handmade.

Our cast floors are made from colourfast polyurethane (PU) of the highest quality. Layer by layer, the floor is carefully applied, millimetre by millimetre, until the result is a perfectly finished, seamless floor.

Why is a PU cast floor both sturdy and comfortable?

PU cast floors are robust and can withstand heavy use, while the slightly elastic material provides a pleasant, soft feel. In addition, the floor is sound-absorbing, which contributes to a peaceful indoor climate.

Due to its thinness of 2-3 mm, a cast floor is ideal for combining with underfloor heating, as it conducts heat extremely well. Spilled a cup of tea or a drink? No problem: liquids can be easily wiped up and do not soak into the floor, making it suitable for bathrooms and toilets.

Frequently asked questions about cast floors

What is a cast floor?

A cast floor is a seamless floor finish that is applied in liquid form and hardens into a smooth, strong floor. Made from polyurethane, epoxy or cement-bound materials, the floor combines durability with a modern look.

For which areas is a cast floor suitable?

Cast floors are suitable for virtually any space: living rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, offices, showrooms, shops, garages and industrial halls.

Is a cast floor suitable for underfloor heating?

A cast floor is suitable for underfloor heating. PU cast floors conduct heat excellently thanks to their low thickness and slight elasticity, which ensures optimal comfort.

How do I maintain a cast floor?

Regular vacuuming or sweeping and occasional mopping will keep the floor in excellent condition. Coarse dirt or sand should be removed to prevent scratches.

What colours and finishes are available?

You can choose from a single colour or a personalised colour mix. From neutral grey tones to warm sand or taupe shades, each floor is handmade and unique.

Is a cast floor suitable for intensive use?

PU and epoxy cast floors are wear-resistant and robust, making them suitable for high-traffic homes and commercial spaces.
