SealteQ has installed durable and wear-resistant Nylo cast floors in SC Cambuur's new Kooi Stadium in Leeuwarden. The stadium, located on the west side of the city, is the modern home of SC Cambuur and can accommodate fifteen thousand supporters. The high-quality Nylo cast floor offers a robust and maintenance-friendly finish that can withstand intensive use.

The work involved carefully sanding and dusting the surface to ensure optimal adhesion. The areas to be treated were fitted with a sanitary skirting board to create a beautiful finish with the floor to be finished. The floors were then coated with a Nylo Moistershield layer as a primer. Because the cement screeds were porous and uneven, the floor was provided with a scraping layer. After drying, the floor was coated with Nylo Floorcoat SL in the desired colour scheme. While still wet, the floor was sparingly sprinkled with coloured flakes. Nylo PU/WV Finish was applied as an anti-slip top coat. This created a slightly matt appearance.
The cast floor system used is highly durable, wear-resistant and easy to maintain, making it a perfect match for the modern look of the Kooi Stadium.
