Sustainable coating system and wear layer for steel bridge A10 South

Sustainable coating system and wear layer for steel bridge A10 South

Last year, we had the opportunity to carry out a special project for the TriAX consortium: the largest steel bridge that SealteQ has ever treated in its workshop. With a width of 18 meters and a length of 35 meters, including the ballast box, this bridge was completely blasted, coated, and provided with a wear layer.

The construction is finished with a carefully constructed multi-layer coating system, which ensures optimal corrosion protection, wear resistance, and a durable, representative appearance.

The work is part of the large-scale infrastructure project for the A10 South at the De Nieuwe Meer junction, carried out by the TriAX consortium. The project includes the construction and improvement of viaducts and bridges, with the aim of improving traffic flow and safety in this busy section of the ring road around Amsterdam.

With our expertise, we ensure that this essential infrastructure is sustainably protected and representatively implemented, ready for years of intensive use.

The bus station, located on Burgemeester Matsersingel, is the first completed project in the large-scale redevelopment of the Kronenburg district in Arnhem-Zuid.
