The work is highly diverse and includes reinforcing and coating cantilevered floors, strengthening first-floor slabs, repairing consoles, and replacing rainwater drainage penetrations. Additionally, all floors are being provided with a new waterproof anti-slip coating, new expansion joint bridge seals are being installed, and the brickwork on the first floor is being adjusted at the expansion joints. Furthermore, all staircases in the stairwells were given a new wear-resistant coating last winter.

A meticulous approach, where every aspect of the renovation process is carefully executed, forms the core of our activities. Thorough preparation and analysis of existing damages and defects served as the starting point. For instance, high-quality materials and techniques are used in reinforcing cantilevered floors to ensure structural integrity. The coating of floors is done with special coatings that not only provide protection against wear and corrosion but also enhance the aesthetic appearance of the surface.

Repairing consoles requires a thorough inspection and analysis of the damage, followed by expert repairs to restore the original strength and stability and prevent the development of new damage. Replacing rainwater drainage penetrations involves removing old, worn-out drainage systems and installing new, durable drainage channels that meet current standards and regulations.

Furthermore, considerable attention is given to adjusting the brickwork at expansion joints. This requires precision work to ensure that the expansion joints are properly sealed and that the brickwork aligns seamlessly, both structurally and aesthetically. Finally, expansion joint bridge seals are applied to accommodate building movements and prevent new crack formation, contributing to the long-term stability and safety of the complex.

This renovation is crucial for the safety and sustainability of the complex. By carrying out these works, not only is the lifespan of the structures extended, but the safety of the residents is also ensured, and the complex is prepared for the future.

This ambitious project started in the first half of this year and is expected to continue into the autumn.
