On behalf of Arendsen Steel from Ulft, the specialists of SealteQ MCB are busy with the preservation of a large steel structure with approximately 5000m2 of material surface.
Preservation of steel structure (5000 m2)
The steel structure is being preserved at our location in Bergharen and will then be transported to the end customer in Italy. Divided over about 10 loads, we will be working on this for 10-12 weeks. Our activities consist of mechanical blasting (Sa 2.5), applying a layer of primer, applying the fire-retardant coating, and finally applying a polyurethane topcoat. All in all, it takes about a week before a complete load has been treated and is ready for transport.
