The work consisted of dust-free blasting of the floors, pre-treatment of the substrate, and application of a primer coat. A durable, wear-resistant coating was then applied and finished with a protective top layer. At the exit, where there was water damage, loose and damaged parts were removed and repaired before the coating was applied. The ramp to level -2 was also given a fast-curing coating.
To increase safety, the driving lanes have been treated with grit for extra grip and slip resistance, and parking spaces have been finished with a glass bead coating. A test section, installed a year and a half ago, showed that this system meets requirements for slip resistance, wear resistance, and ease of maintenance.
In addition, various minor repairs were carried out and new lines were painted to ensure clear routing. The result is a sustainable, safe, and maintenance-friendly parking garage that is fully ready for intensive use.
