This month is the Month of 1000 Examples. A month in which all kinds of activities are organized nationwide to draw attention to the importance of an inclusive labor market and appointment jobs. In the labor market region of Groningen, this month was festively opened with the conference festival Aan het werk! SealteQ was also invited, to thank us for our efforts in this area.
A Conference Festival is a combination between a conference and a festival. A mix of content and light-heartedness. And that was reflected in the program. There were several top speakers, practical examples, there was music and sitdown comedy. All in a beautiful location namely at the headquarters of Gasunie Groningen. At SealteQ we contribute in different ways to an inclusive labor market. We find it important to give people with fewer opportunities a fair chance. With the right guidance and induction time, every employee gets plenty of room to develop.
