Employees learn the trade from a master craftsman from day one, as in a guild. Now digital tools are being added. How does that work?
The era of Frans Nooren
SealteQ, founded in June 1973 as a sole proprietorship by former Philips employee Frans Nooren, started as a jobbing company, mainly in the control of pests such as woodworm and woodworm and the caulking and sealing of facades. The red and blue trucks of Frans Nooren, on their way to an impregnation job, were a familiar sight in Groningen. From 2010, SealteQ’s vans have been coloring the streets.
