Stadskanaal, Netherlands – Civiele technieken deBoer and Rijnstaal Nieuwegein have joined the SealteQ Group. The existing Marconi Holding group of companies (including Civiele technieken deBoer bv, Rijnstaal Nieuwegein bv, Lasbedrijf De Rooij bv, deBoer – international bv) will continue as a separate division alongside the existing SealteQ companies under the existing SealteQ Group.
Both management teams see this as a highly relevant and strong combination. Because the disciplines, services and size complement each other perfectly and are closely aligned, this new partnership is well equipped to tackle major challenges at home and abroad. Theo Hendriks is stepping down from the management team and saying goodbye after 40 years of great commitment. Otherwise, the management and executive teams of the companies will remain unchanged.
Our joint portfolio now includes considerably more options, particularly for the renewal and renovation of our infrastructure. This is very attractive for both small and large projects and offers simplicity for our clients in the private and public sectors. The range of services includes concrete and foundation repair, concrete and steel coating, cathodic protection, steel renovation, steel and concrete reinforcement and steel structures, jacking, replacement of bearings, smart auxiliary structures and innovative construction methods. This pooling of expertise is therefore a logical and forward-looking step.

The SealteQ Group is a company with 15 branches in the Netherlands and a total of approximately 550 specialists. This guarantees nationwide coverage and high-quality services for extending the life of concrete and steel structures, both in construction and infrastructure.
