First they were given a tour after which director Chris Uittenbogaard told them more about what we do and which specialties SealteQ has. The alderman was surprised to hear how broad and diverse our field of expertise actually is. We also talked about some of the challenges we are currently facing as a company. The search for personnel is one of them. When it comes to professions in the construction industry, the profession of concrete repairman, for example, is not the first profession that comes to mind. And yet it is such a beautiful profession with varied work in different locations. Our mission is to extend the life of concrete and steel structures. This mission appealed greatly to the alderman from the point of view of sustainability.
